1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Orders placed after business hours will be processed the next working day.

  • During high-demand periods, processing time may take slightly longer.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • Express Shipping: 2–5 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–15 business days (depending on destination)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.


3. Shipping Locations

Beutymax Pro ships to:

  • Ireland 

  • United Kingdom

  • Europe Union

If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us before placing your order.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees required by their country.

  • Beutymax Pro is not responsible for delays caused by customs.


6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your package is delayed or appears lost:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

  • We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

  • Beutymax Pro is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.


8. Damaged Items in Transit

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging.

  • We will review and offer a replacement or refund if appro
